Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

Reservations become confirmed only after payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied.

Cancellation

• More than 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
• 3 to 7 days before arrival: One night's accommodation may be charged.
• Less than 72 hours before arrival or no-show: The full booking may be charged.

Early Departure

Unused nights may not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

Booking Changes

Changes are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.

Force Majeure

EUROTEL shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.
